If your booking Clean Inc. you expect the best results. And by heck, I want to supply them. So there are some rules to the engagement so the customer and I achieve the highest quality. 

1. Clean Inc. will message the day/weekend before to confirm the appointment. 

2. The car will be cleared of any large items and child seats either removed or loose. Clean Inc will not be responsible for removing or replacing them. 

3. If the boot is over 60% full of effects, it is assumed the customer does not want it cleaning. 

4. Additional time spent out of the scope of the booked service is subject to a fee of £30.00. Then £30.00 per hour thereafter. 

5. Clean Inc. will fulfil all areas of the selected service to the customers' satisfaction, and rectify FOC if standards are not met. 

6. Only the agreed number of vehicles will be cleaned on the day. Any additional vehicles will be cleaned at a later agreed date, or if otherwise agreed to. 

7. New vehicles to the company will be subject to a minimum of a Clean Inc. Detail unless otherwise agreed. 

8. Payment is required within a 7-day period after the service is complete. 

9. The greatest care is always taken, but any damage Clean Inc may occur will be rectified. 

10. Any additional add ons to the booked service MUST be raised before arrival so we can pack any required equipment. 

11. An outside tap and plug socket is required within a 30 meter radius of where the vehicle is to be cleaned 

12. By booking, the customer agrees to Clean Inc. using the image of their vehicle for use on socail media. (Number plates and location are concealed)​.
